介绍了合成气压缩机串联式干气密封的结构、一级密封流程、二级密封流程，针对呼伦贝尔金新化工有限公司合成气压缩机干气密封运行过程中出现一级泄漏气异常上涨的问题，结合合成气压缩机干气密封操作流程。对干气密封一级放空流量异常上涨原因进行了分析，充分评估干气密封运行可能存在的安全风险，利用停车更换了干气密封，彻底消除了故障。为避免类似故障再次发生，提出了干气密封操作优化措施。

Abstract:
This paper introduces the tandem-type dry gas sealing structure of the synthetic gas compressor, as well as the primary and secondary sealing processes;and analyzes the reasons behind abnormal increase of primary discharge in dry gas sealing of the syngas compressor of Hulur Buir jinxin Chemical Co. ,Ltd. by looking closely at the syngas compressor dry gas sealing operation process; it also fully assesses safety risks possibly existing in dry gas sealing operation. The fault is utterly eliminated during plant shut-down with the replacement of dry gas sealing. ln the end,operation optimization measures of dry gas sealing are put forward to avoid recurrence of similar failures.
