摘要: 介绍了不同类型的三聚甲醛生产工艺技术合成路线，分析了各类三聚甲醛工艺技术合成路线的优缺点，结合实际工程技术建设经验和目前国内三聚甲醛生产装置在实际运行过程中所存在的各类问题，通过对比分析这些三聚甲醛合成工艺技术路线所面临的实际困难和可能的技术解决方案，提出了未来比较具有实际发展前景的三聚甲醛合成生产工艺技术路线，对实际生产中三聚甲醛合成生产装置的选择具有较为现实的指导意义。

Abstract: This paper introduces different types of synthesis process routes in trioxymethylene production,and analyzes the merits and demerits of such routes;by combining actual engineering construction experience with various problems existing in the practical operation process of current domestic trioxymethylene production units,it makes comparative analysis on the practical difficulties confronting these process routes and on the

corresponding possible technical solutions, putting forward the trioxymethylene synthesis process routes with more practcial future prospects and thus serving as a realistic guide in the selection of trioxymethylene synthesis unit in actual production.
