介绍了按照 Taylor-Waters 法进行非标法兰的设计原则,分析了法兰环δf、锥颈高度h和法兰大端δ1对法兰轴向应力σH、径向应力σR 和切向应力σT的影响关系,以某加氢裂化装置中温度和压力组合最为苛刻的非标法兰为例,在法兰总长度、螺栓规格和垫片不变的前提下,探讨了在初步法兰的应力计算和校核不满足设计要求的许用应力的基础上,对法兰δf、h和δ1这三个参数进行调整和优化,使σH、σR和σT分别小于相应的许用应力的 85%,从而得到最优的结构尺寸,降低法兰重量,节省投资。

Abstract:
This paper introduces the principle of designing non-standard flange according to Taylor-Waters approach,and analyzes the influence of flange ring δf ,taper neck height h and flange larger end δ1 on the axial stress σH,radial stress σR and tangential stress σT. Taking the non-standard flange working at the most severe temperature and pressure in a certain hydrocracking unit as an example,the paper touches upon how to adjust and optimize the three parametersδf, h and δ1 when the total flange length,bolt specification and gasket remain unchanged and preliminary stress calculation and checking ot the flange does not meet the allowable stress demanded by design,so that σH ,σR and σT can be less than 85% of their corresponding allowable streses,and as a result generating the optimal structural size,reducing flange weight and saving investment.
