近年来,国内煤制甲醇行业变换催化剂的升温硫化过程控制难度大,硫化费用和操作风险高;合成催化剂的应用,无论是国产还是进口,运行效果较天然气制甲醇行业相差甚远。河南龙字煤化工有限公司一期 50 万t/a煤制甲醇装置,通过对上下游工艺进行优化,大大延长了催化剂的使用周期,提高了合成单方催化剂的甲醇产量;探索了新型催化剂的应用,大大降低了变换现场的隐患。

Abstract:

ln recent years,domestic coal-to-methanol industry faces,apart from high sulfurization cost and operation risks,significant difficulty in controling the heating sufurization process of the shift catalyst. The operating effect of synthetic catalyst (whether domestic or imported) application in the coal to methanol industry is far lower than that of the natural gas industry. The Phase l 500,000t/a Coal to Methanol Plant of Henan Longyu Coal Chemical lndustry Co. ,Ltd. ,through upstream and downstream process optimization,has witnessed significant extension of the life cycle of the catalyst and great improvement of methanol output per unit of synthesis catalyst. By exploring the application of the new catalyst, the hidden risks confronting the shift unit are largely reduced.
