Abstract:
This paper introduces the development purpose of the semi-dihydrate phosphate evaluation device, and presents the development content of the semi-dihydrate phosphate evaluation device from its process flow and typical analysis indices. It also elaborates the functions and applications of the semi-dihydrate phosphate evaluation device, namely, analysis of physical and chemical properties of phosphate ore, analysis of process control, product acid and gypsum mineralogy characteristics through auxiliary analytical instruments on the basis of the evaluation device. In the end, it summarizes the development progress and significance of the phosphate evaluation device by Wuhuan Engineering Co. , ltd.
