摘要: 介绍了河南龙字煤化工有限公司己酸装置概况，针对装置运行过程中出现的高锰酸钾时间超标的问题，分析了可能的原因，并对工艺控制过程做了相应调整，实现了乙酸产品高锰酸钾时间达标，优化了产品质量，满足了下游乙酸乙烯、PTA 等高端客户的需求。

Abstract: In this paper, an overview of the acetic acid plant of Henan Longyu Coal Chemical Co., Ltd. is introduced, and possible reasons for excessive reaction time of potassium permanganate are analyzed, and corresponding adjustment of process control is made, realizing standard reaction time of potassium permanganate of the acetic acid products, optimizing the product quality, and thus meeting the requirements of such downstream high-end vinyl acetate and PTA clients.
