摘要:
介绍了 Shell 粉煤气化制甲醇生产技术中合成气压缩机的工艺流程及实际运行情况。针对煤制甲醇中合成气压缩机检修后再开车时出现振动大的现象,分析了压缩机工艺和设备在检修、开车运行中存在的问题,采取了停车检修的措施,实践显示,通过加强工艺管理和提高检修质量,使压缩机安全运行时间和运行质量得到提高。

Abstract: The process flow and actual operation of the syngas compressor in the Shell pulverized coal gasification to methanol technology are introduced in this paper. Targeting at the obvious vibration of the coal to methanol syngas compressor during re-start-up after maintenance, this paper gives an analyzation of possible technology and equipment problems existing in the maintenance and start-up of the compressor. After shut-down for maintenance, practice shows that by strengthening process management and improving the quality of maintenance, the safe operation duration and quality of the compressor are largely improved.
