Abstract: Lurgi’s low-temperature methanol washing process is adopted for the acid gas removal of Hulun Buir Jinxin Chemical Co., Ltd. Given the frequent blockage of crude coal gas cooling system in the early operation of this process, the causes are analyzed and the corresponding solutions are proposed.
