结合实际工程经验,分析了煤制天然气行业经济效益差的根本原因,提出在现有煤制天然气装置的基础上增加甲醇、乙二醇等装置进行调峰,通过改变工艺路线、增加高附加值产品的方案,帮助企业摆脱困境。通过对调峰工艺方案的优化,将排放的 CO2气体返回到甲醇装置,从而达到增加甲醇产品产量、减少温室气体排放的目的。探讨了引入调峰装置前后,整个生产装置的变化情况,以及调峰方案的可行性。

Abstract: Based on the practical engineering experience, this paper analyzes the root causes of the poor economic benefit in the coal-to-natural gas industry, and puts forward the following plan to extricate enterprises out of their current predicament: changing the process routes and produce extra products with high added values by adding methanol, ethylene glycol and some other units to the existing coal-to-natural gas plants. Through optimizing the peak-regulating process scheme, the CO2 exhaust is returned to the methanol unit, increasing methanol product output and decreasing greenhouse gas emissions. The changes of the whole production plant after the introduction of the peak-regulating device and the feasibility of the peak-regulating scheme are discussed.
