摘要: 以某合成氨装置氨冰机为研究对象,通过改变氨冰机操作条件,分析探讨氨冰机节能优化的可行性。结果表明,在南方地区,循环水入口温度为33℃时,氨冰机循环水需并联操作,且出口压力应保持在1.7MPa(g),不宜降低;在北方地区,循环水入口温度<30℃时,氨冰机出口压力可降至1.4MPa(g),且循环水需串联操作,节能效果显著。

Abstract: In this paper, the ammonia refrigerating unit of a synthetic ammonia plant is taken as the research object, and through changing the operating conditions of the ammonia refrigerating unit, the feasibility of energy saving & optimization of the ammonia refrigerating unit is analyzed and discussed. The results show that in China’s southern area, when the inlet temperature of the circulating water is 33, the circulating water of the ammonia refrigerating unit should be operated in parallel, and the outlet pressure should be kept at 1.7MPa(g), which should not be reduced, and in the north, when the inlet temperature of circulating water is ≤30, the outlet pressure of the ammonia refrigerating unit can be reduced to 1.4mpa (g), and the circulating water needs to be operated in series, which can bring about significant energy saving effect.
