根据实际生产案例,探讨了煤浆黏度、温度、临界流速之间的动态关系,研究结果表明,煤颗粒间的聚结是水煤浆稳定性变差的主要影响因素。温度越低,极性官能团之间因电荷相斥产生的分散效果越差,导致极性官能团之间越易发生聚结而沉降;温度越低,失稳速率越大,水煤浆越不稳定。

Abstract: Based on actual production cases, the dynamic relationship among the viscosity, temperature and critical flow rate of coal slurry is discussed in this paper. The research findings indicate that coalescing between coal particles is the main factor affecting the stability of coal water slurry (CWS). Specifically, the lower the temperature is, the worse the dispersion effect of polar functional groups from charge repulsion will be, resulting in higher possibility of coalescence between polar functional groups and consequent sedimentation. The lower the temperature is, the higher the instability rate is and the more unstable CWS becomes.
