摘要:

介绍了空气压缩机组润滑油系统及润滑油乳化情况,分析润滑油乳化的原因，提出回油管改造方案及主油箱油位维护要求，改造实施后，润滑油抗乳化性上升趋势得到遏制，确保了机组平稳有序运行。

Abstract:

 In this paper, the air compressor unit lubricating oil system and its emulsification are introduced, the reasons behind lubricating oil emulsification are analyzed, and the retrofitting scheme of the oil return pipes and the maintenance requirements of main oil tanks are put forward. After retrofitting, the rising trend of lubricating oil emulsibility is contained to ensure the stable and  orderly operation of the unit.
