摘要:

介绍了降低柴油车尾气氮氧化物(NOx)排放的小孔型分子筛在 NH3-SOR 领域的研究成果以及亟待解决的科学问题,重点分析了 SSZ-13、SAPO-34、SAPO-18、SSZ-39 等小孔分子筛与其 NH3-SCR性能之间的内在原理与差异,阐明了硫(S)、磷(P)中毒与保护机理,并针对分子筛应用于 NH3-SCR 中所存在的问题提出了未来的发展方向。

Abstract:

ln this paper, research findings and urgently pending scientific issues regarding the small-pore molecular sieve application in the NH3-

SCR field for reduction of nitrogen oxide(NOx)emissions from diesel vehicle exhaust are introduced,the innate principles as well as differences among such small-pore molecular sieves as SSZ-13,SAPO 34,SAPO-18 and SSZ-39 and their NH3-SCR performances are emphatically analyzed sulfur(S) and phosphorus(P) poisoning and protection mechanisms are illustrated,and the future direction of solving existing problems of applying molecular sieves in NH3-SCR is put forward.
