在利用磷矿粉与矿物酸(如浓硫酸、硝酸和盐酸)反应生产磷酸的过程中,因为原料磷矿和矿物酸含有某些杂质,如铁、铝、镁、镉、铬、钴、镍、砷和铅等,这些杂质随着生产加工过程进入磷酸和磷肥产品。其中,金属镉通常是湿法磷酸以及磷肥产品中的一种有害杂质。湿法磷酸中金属镉含量取决原料矿、酸杂质镉的含量以及所采用的生产工艺。重点探讨了从以磷矿和硫酸为原料的湿法磷酸中去除金属镉离子的各种工业技术,比较分析了这些方法去除镉离子的效率、优点和不足,为磷酸、磷肥生产企业产品升级技术提供参考。

Abstract:
ln the process of producing phosphoric acid via the reaction of phosphate powder and mineral acids(such as concentrated sulfuric acid, nitric acid and hydrochloric acid),some impurities contained in the raw phosphate and mineral acid enter phosphoric acid and phosphate fertilizer products during production and procesing. Among them,cadmium is usually a harmful impurity in wet process phosphoric acid and phosphate fertlizer products. The content of metallic cadmium in wet process phosphoric acid is contingent upon the content of the crude ore and the acid impurity cadmium as well as the production process adopted. Various industrial techniques for removing metal cadmium ions from wet process phosphoric acid with phosphate ore and sulfuric acid as raw materals are highlighted,comparatively analyzing the efficiency,advantages and disadvantages of these methods for removing cadmium ions, and thus providing reference for phosphoric acid and phosphate fertilizer production enterprises in terms of upgrading product technologies.
