摘要:

基于某新建年产 80万 t/a尿素工厂所选用的尿素成品输送流程 DCS 控制方案，从工艺流程、系统配置、逻辑设计、仿真验证等多个方面对该方案进行了详细介绍，为以后类似项目中尿素成品输送流程应用 DCS进行程序控制及联锁保护提供了参考。

Abstract:

In this paper,detailed introduction is made on the DCS control scheme of urea product conveying process selected for a new 800kt/a urea plant from such aspects as the process flow, system configuration,logic design,simulation &. verification,and so on,the purpose of which is to offer reference to similar future projects in terms of application of DCS based procedural control and interlock protection in the urea product conveying process.
