对双进汽式汽轮机进行了管道布置的研究,提出了管道布置及支吊架设置的优化方案,并应用 CAESAR II软件进行了管道应力的分析计算,同时采用 NEMA SM23 标准对管口的受力进行了校核,最后讨论了汽轮机进口管道布置方式的特点、支吊架设置方案及相关的注意事项。

Abstract:
ln this paper,research is conducted on the piping layout of double-intake steam turbines,puting forward the optimization scheme for
piping layout and suport & hanger setting,and CAESAR ll software is adopted for pipe stress analysis and calculation at the same time,NEMA SM23 standard is followed to check the stress of the nozzle,and finally the characteristics of steam turbine inlet piping arrangement,support & hanger setting schemes and relevant matters needing attention are discussed.
