在油气输送及炼化行业中,由H2S、CO2、H2S、HCI和 HCN等引起的腐蚀会导致输送和生产的管道和设备腐蚀,严重影响装置的使用寿命和安全性。双金属复合管道和管件以碳钢或低合金钢为基层材料,内衬奥氏体不锈钢或镍基合金等耐蚀金属,其以基层承受系统的压力,覆层抵抗介质的腐蚀,已广泛应用于油气的生产、储运和炼制中。与之类似,煤气化而产生的合成气也含有H2S、CO2、H2S、HCI和 HCN等腐蚀性介质,并具有相同的腐蚀机理,因此,双金属复合管道和管件良好的机械性能和抗腐蚀性能,也应适用于此环境中。从材料成本上,双金属复合材料比整体耐蚀合金材料低50%以上,节省了项目的投资成本。

Abstract:
Corrosion caused by H2S、CO2、H2S、HCI and HCN in oil and gas transportation and refining industries will lead to the corrosion of
conveying and producing pipelines and equipment, which will seriously compromise the service life and safety of the plant. Bimetallic composite pipes and fittings take carbon steel or low alloy steel as the base material,and austenitic stainless steel or nickel-based alloy and some other corrosion-resistant metals as the lining material. The base material bears the pressure of the system,and the coating layer stays resistant to the corrosion of the medium., They have been widely used in the production,storage & transportation and refining of oil and gas. Simlarly, syngas generated from coal gasificaion also contains such corrosive media as H2S、CO2、H2S、HCI and HCN ,and they share the same corrosion mechanism.Therefore,the good mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of bimetallic composite pipelines and fitings should also be applicable to this environment. In terms of material cost, bimetallic composite material is more than 50% lower than the overall corrosion-resistant alloy materials,the adoption of which can mean a significant saving of investment cost for projects.
