摘要:

介绍了一氧化碳变换冷凝液汽提的3种流程：单塔汽提、双塔汽提和单塔汽提侧线抽氨工艺，并通过 Aspen Plus 流程模拟软件对3种流程进行模拟计算，从工艺流程、公用工程消耗、设备投资及技术经济等多个角度对3种汽提流程进行对比分析，为一氧化碳变换冷凝液汽提系统设计提供参考。

Abstract:

In this paper, three processes of CO Shift condensate stripping are introduced,namely, single-column stripping,double-column stripping, and single-column stripping & sideline ammonia extraction; and simulation through Aspen Plus process simulation software is conducted for these three processes enabling the comparative analysis of them from such multiple perspectives as the process flow,utilities consumption,investment in equipment and technoeconomic performance,and thus providing reference for the design of the CO Shift condensate stripping system.
