针对化工厂传统锅炉挡板送风系统能耗高、经济效益差的问题,分析了电能损耗的原因,采取了一种新型无谐波节能变频器调控风量,实践表明,通过无谐波节能变频器在化工厂锅炉风机系统应用的前后对比,验证了其安全可靠、易于维护、输出失真率低、节能效果显著等特点。

Abstract:
ln view of high energy consumption in the air supply system of traditional chemical plant boiler dampers and the resultant poor economic benefits,reasons behind electric energy loss are analyzed in this paper,and a new type of energy-saving non-harmonic frequency converter is presented for air volume control, Practical comparison of energy consumption before and after the application of this energy-saving non-harmomic frequency converter in the chemical plant boiler fan system indicates that this freuency converter features high safety and reliability.easy maintenance, low output distortion rate,and substantial energy saving effect, etc.
