在全球能源转型与我国“双碳”战略的大背景下,深入剖析了我国煤化工产业的发展状况。通过对“十四五”期间煤化工产业政策的梳理,回顾了产业示范区建设、产业规模、前沿关键技术创新、节水环保技术创新以及低阶煤综合利用技术创新等方面的发展情况。基于此,对“十五五”期间煤化工产业的发展原则、目标、指导思想和重点任务进行了前瞻性预测,并对各细分领域的发展趋势展开分析,最后探讨了产业面临的挑战、应对策略及未来展望,旨在为我国煤化工产业的持续健康发展提供参考。

Abstract:
Against the backdrop of energy transition in the world and "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals" in China, this paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the development status of China's coal chemical industry. After reviewing industrial policies during the 14th Five-Year Plan period, it examines progress made in building industrial demonstration zones , industrial scale expansion, innovation in cutting-edge key technologies, water-saving and environment-friendly technology advancements, and technological innovations for comprehensive utilization of low-rank coal. Based on this analysis, this paper offers forward-looking projections on the development principles, objectives, guiding principles, and key tasks for the coal chemical industry during the 15th Five-Year Plan period. It further examines trends across various sub-sectors and concludes by discussing challenges, response strategies, and future prospects, aiming to provide reference for the sustained and healthy development of China's coal chemical industry.
