由合成气制备甲烷的甲烷化反应自1902年被发现以来,其工艺技术和反应设备已经历了百余年的发展和迭代。反应器作为化学反应的发生场所,是整个工艺流程的核心设备,其内部的转化效率直接决定了上下游各流股和设备的操作参数。针对甲烷化反应器,本文结合工艺流程,深入归纳了各型式反应器的操作特点和优缺点,并对甲烷化反应器未来发展进行了展望。

Abstract:
Since its discovery in 1902, methane production from synthesis gas has undergone technological evolution and equipment iteration over a century. As a chemical reactor, the reactor serves as a core equipment in the entire process flow. Its internal conversion efficiency directly determines upstream and downstream operating parameters and equipment. This paper summarizes the operational characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of various types of reactors for methanation, based on process flow considerations, and provides an outlook on future development of methanation reactors.
