针对石油化工行业的数据传输特点,回顾了石油化工行业数据通信技术的发展历程和技术特点,重点介绍了新一代以太网高级物理层技术,分析了其电路结构、传输距离、通信速率和网络拓扑结构,并在此基础上给出了石油化工装置的自动化系统解决方案,为石油化工装置自动化系统的数字化、智能化发展提供了可行性方案。

Abstract:
In line with the characteristics of data transmission in the petrochemical industry, this paper reviews the development and technical features of data communication technologies in the Petrochemical sector. It focuses on the advanced physical layer technologies of next-generation Ethernet, analyzing their circuit structures, transmission distances, communication speeds, and network topologies. Based on this analysis, the paper presents automation system solutions for petrochemical plants, offering feasible approaches for the digital and intelligent development of automation systems in such facilities.
