化工石油平台自动化水平持续提升,电气仪表设备的稳定性与可靠性愈发成为保障生产安全及效率的关键。针对化工石油平台电气仪表设备在复杂运行环境下的故障诊断难题,从维修视角切入,研究参数优化技术在设备调试中的应用。引入变模态分解(VMD)结合希尔伯特变换的信号处理方法,辅以基于最小二乘法的在线参数辨识技术,构建起完整的电气仪表设备调试与参数优化方案。结果显示,该技术方案可显著提升故障诊断准确率,将误报率降至5%以下,为预防性维修提供数据支持的同时,有效提高设备综合利用率。

Abstract:
As automation levels on chemical and petroleum platforms continue to rise, the stability and reliability of electrical instrumentation equipment increasingly become critical factors in ensuring production safety and efficiency. Addressing the challenge of fault diagnosis for electrical instrumentation equipment in complex operating environments on chemical and petroleum platforms, this study explores the application of parameter optimization techniques during equipment commissioning from a maintenance perspective. A comprehensive commissioning and parameter optimization solution is established by integrating signal processing methods—Variational Modal Decomposition (VMD) combined with Hilbert transform—with online parameter identification technology based on the least squares method. Results demonstrate that this technical solution significantly enhances fault diagnosis accuracy, reducing false alarm rates to below 5%. It provides data support for preventive maintenance while effectively improving overall equipment utilization.
