摘要:

运用Aspen Plus流程模拟软件,借助FLASH闪蒸器模型对湿法精制磷酸浓缩工段进行流程模拟,并对模拟结果与实际生产数据展开分析对比。结果显示:该模拟计算结果可靠,能够为磷酸双效浓缩的工艺设计提供有力的设计依据。

Abstract:

The wet-process refined phosphoric acid concentration section is simulated on the Aspen Plus process simulation software and the FLASH flash evaporator model. The simulation results were analyzed and compared with actual production data. The results indicate that the simulation calculations are reliable and can provide strong design basis for the process design of double-effect concentration of phosphoric acid.
