扁平绕带容器静强度设计的基本任务之一是从计算公式中选择设计公式,构建不同计算公式的评价指标是选择设计公式的关键。应用强度-载荷干涉模型,将描述扁平绕带容器静强度安全性的可靠系数作为计算公式的评价指标,建立了基于可靠度评价的扁平绕带容器静强度计算公式的比较方法与设计公式选择方法。为说明文中方法的应用,以扁平绕带容器静强度的2个计算公式为例,比较了5种不同工况计算公式可靠度的评价指标,认为可将基于弹性分析的扁平绕带容器静强度计算公式作为设计公式。

Abstract:
One fundamental task in the static strength design of flat-wound containers is to select appropriate design formulas from available calculation methods. Establishing evaluation metrics for different calculation formulas is crucial for the selection. By applying a strength-load interference model, this study uses the reliability coefficient describing the static strength safety of flat-wound containers as the evaluation metric for calculation formulas. A comparative method and selection approach for static strength calculation formulas based on reliability evaluation are established. To illustrate the application of the proposed methods, two existing static strength calculation formulas for flat-wound containers are used as examples. The reliability evaluation metrics of calculation formulas in five different operating conditions are compared, concluding that the static strength calculation formula for flat-wound containers based on elastic-plastic analysis can be adopted as the design formula.
