摘要:

安徽某工业园区污水处理厂提标规模为5×10⁴ m³/d,将原污水厂出水从GB 18918—2002《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》的一级A标准提标至GB3838—2002《地表水环境质量标准》中类水标准(TN≤15 mg/L)。本提标工程针对以化工污水为主的工业园区污水,通过优化高效沉淀池设计,强化化学除磷、减小填料堵塞;采用臭氧催化氧化+曝气生物滤池组合工艺,解决了化工污水难降解、有机物处理成本高的难题。本提标项目工程费用约5 200万元,提标吨水处理成本为0.78,大大提高了污水厂出水水质,减小了运营成本,促进了园区经济的可持续发展。

Abstract:

 The upgrade project at a wastewater treatment plant in an Anhui industrial park involves a capacity of 5×10⁴ m³/d. It aims to elevate the effluent quality from the Class Ⅰ A standard specified in the Emission Standard for Pollutants from Urban Sewage Treatment Plants (GB 18918—2002) to Class Ⅳ (TN ≤ 15 mg/L) stipulated in the Surface Water Environmental Quality Standard (GB 3838—2002). This upgrade project addresses the challenges of treating chemical effluents with high organic matter treatment costs of industrial parks, by optimizing the design of high-efficiency sedimentation tank, enhancing chemical phosphorus removal, and reducing packing clogging. It also employed a combined ozone catalytic oxidation + aerated biological filter process. The project costs approximately RMB 52 million, with an upgrading treatment cost of RMB 0.78 per tonne of water. This significantly enhances the effluent quality from the wastewater treatment plant, reduces operational expenses, and contributes to the sustainable economic development of the industrial park.
