某尿素节能改造项目的尿素装置是20世纪70年代引进的13套大化肥装置之一,原工艺为斯塔米卡邦传统的CO₂汽提法工艺,2013年采用卡萨利技术进行扩产改造,至今部分设备已经老旧,属于超期服役,特别是高压圈设备。本次改造业主利用兄弟单位闲置的4台斯塔米卡邦高压设备替换现有装置的老旧高压设备,以及利用中国五环有限公司高效合成、低能耗尿素工艺技术,增加了中压系统和预蒸发系统,改造后尿素装置产能为2 100 t/d

Abstract:

The urea plant involved in a certain energy-saving renovation project is among the 13 large fertilizer plants introduced in the 1970s. It adopted the traditional Stamicarbon CO₂ stripping process, and underwent a capacity expansion with the Casali technology. To date, some equipment has become outdated and is operating beyond its service life, particularly the high-pressure loop equipment. The owner replaced the aging high-pressure equipment with four Stamicarbon units from a sister facility, and added a medium-pressure system and pre-evaporation system as required by Wuhan's high-efficiency, low-energy-consumption urea synthesis technology. After the renovation, the urea unit achieves capacity of 2100 t/d.
