固体贮运通风除尘系统风量的设计对于除尘系统的处理能力、除尘效率及排放环保性至关重要,以煤贮运带式输送机转运落料点的通风除尘系统为典型对象,对电力行业标准、ACGIH标准、除尘设计手册等相关资料中不同的通风除尘风量设计计算方法进行了梳理、验算及对比分析,结果表明:DL/T 5187.2-2019《火力发电厂运煤设计技术规程 第2部分:煤尘防治》查表计算方法与《火力发电厂采暖通风除尘设计手册》公式计算方法相对误差很小,可靠度相对较高。

Abstract:
The designed air volume for ventilation and dust removal in solid storage and transportation systems is critical to the treatment capacity, dust removal efficiency, and environmental compliance of dust removal systems. Taking the ventilation and dust removal system at the transfer and discharge points of belt conveyors in the coal handling unit as a typical example, this study systematically reviews, verifies, and compares different methods to calculate the air volume for ventilation and dust removal mentioned in power industry standards, ACGIH standards, and dust removal design manuals. The results indicate very small relative error in the table-based method stated in DL/T 5187.2-2019 Technical Code for Coal Handling Design in Thermal Power Plants Part 2: Coal Dust Prevention and the formula-based method stated in the Design Manual for Heating, Ventilation, and Dust Removal in Thermal Power Plants, demonstrating relatively high reliability.
