摘要:

合成反应器是乙二醇项目中草酸二甲酯(DMO)合成装置的重要设备,合成气在管束间的分配将对反应效率等产生影响。针对某项目中DMO合成反应器的进口气体分布结构,通过数值软件模拟了挡板开孔和不开孔两种情况下的流场分布,并针对结果提出优化建议。

Abstract:

The synthesis reactor is a critical piece of equipment in the dimethyl oxalate (DMO) synthesis unit of ethylene glycol projects. The distribution of synthesis gas among tube bundles will significantly impact reaction efficiency and other parameters. Flow field distributions of inlet gas at the DMO synthesis reactor in a certain project is simulated on a numerical software under two conditions—with and without baffle openings. Optimizations are proposed based on the study results.
