摘要:

由于水煤浆气化高闪系统闪蒸汽余热未得到充分利用,且灰水加热器因结垢致换热效果差,导致余热被循环水带走,造成浪费。结合行业内对闪蒸汽能量回收利用的方式,以及中海石油华鹤煤化有限公司各装置热量平衡利用的特点,提出"高闪汽-脱盐水换热+锅炉除氧器热力耦合"技术路线,将高闪汽用于提高进除氧器脱盐水温度,节省除氧器用0.6 MPa(g)的饱和蒸汽消耗7 t/h,减少循环水消耗,为节能降碳开辟了又一新途径。

Abstract:

 The waste heat contained in flash steam from the high-flash coal-water slurry gasification system is not used sufficiently and the heat transfer efficiency of ash water heaters was poor due to scaling. As a result, waste heat is carried away by circulating water, resulting in significant energy loss. Integrating industry approaches to recover flash system energy and the thermal balance among client's facilities, this study proposes a "high-flash steam+desalinated water heat exchange + boiler deaerator thermal coupling" technical route, using high-flash steam to elevate the temperature of desalinated water entering the deaerator, saving 7 t/h of 0.6MPa(g) saturated steam consumption for the deaerator and reducing circulating water consumption. This approach blazes a new trail for energy conservation and carbon reduction.
