PNG 即管道天然气(英文 Pipeline Natural Gas,简称 PNG)，指采用管道输送的气态天然气，管道压力较CNG低。针对晋煤天源化工有限公司合成氨弛放气提氢尾气存在大量放空的现象，分析了提氢尾气的有效成分及各种成分的利用价值，采取了深冷和精馏的方式对其中的甲烷进行分离提纯，使之达到国家天然气二级标准后进行销售，实践证明：该装置投资少，收益快，合成氨弛放气提氢尾气的利用度得到了提高，合成氨降耗效果显著，具有较好的成本优势及应用市场。

Abstract:
PNG refers to the pipe-conveyed gaseous natura gas,whose pipe pressure is ower than that of the CNG(compressed natura gas). Given the large quantity of vent gas existing in the hydrogen-stripping tail gas of the synthetic ammonia purge gas of Tianyuan Chemical Co. ,Ltd. of Shanxi jincheng Anthracite Coal Mining Group,the effective components of the hydrogen-stripping tail gas as well as the use values of different ingredients are analyzed. Cryogenic distillation is adopted for separation and purification of the methane gas,so that the state Level-ll standard could be met and the methane could get ready for sale. Practice has proved that this device features small investment,quick returns,and elevated use level of hydrogen-stripping tall gas of the synthetic ammonia purge gas as well as remarkable decrease in ammonia consumption,which thus boasts desirable cost advantage and application market.
