摘要:
采用溶液共混法将氧化石墨烯(GO)与聚氯乙烯(PVC)复合,利用乙二胺(EDA)将氧化石墨烯还原,再采取絮凝工艺制备还原氧化石墨烯(RGO)/聚氯乙烯母料,然后在热压机上进行模压成型,最后对其进行动态力学测试和隔声测试。结果表明:在1000Hz 时,当还原氧化石墨烯质量分数为 2%时,隔声效果最好,隔声量为21.4dB,较纯 PVC 提高了 2.1dB。

(GO) with ethylenediamine(EDA), and then reduce graphene oxide( RGO)/PVC master batch by process prepared flocculation, Finally, molding on the hot pressing machine is carried out before dynamic mechanical test and sound insulation test. The results indicate that at 1000 Hz, when the RGO mass fraction is 2%, the sound insulation effect is the best with a sound insulation volume of 21.4dB, whichis 2.1 dB higher than that of pure PVC.
