摘要:
作为一种节流元件,孔板广泛应用于工业实践中,但在不同的行业标准规范、书籍、专业软件中,孔板流量的计算方法各不相同,给工程计算带来难度。从孔板流动的理论出发,针对化工过程中常用的薄壁锐孔孔板,分析并讨论了各种常用计算公式和方法的适用范围和局限性,给出了计算公式选用的指导原则。

Abstract: As a throttling element, orifice plates are widely used in industrial practice, However, the calculation methods of orifice flow are quite different in different industry standards and specifications, books and professional software, which makes engineering calculation quite difficult. Based on the theory of orifice flow, this paper analyzes and discusses the applicable scopes and limitations of various calculation formulas and methods for the thin-walled sharp orifice plates commonly adopted im chemical processes, and offers guiding principles for the selection of calculation formulas.
