介绍了旋转补偿器在管廊上的常见布置形式。通过旋转补偿器的简化运动模型,分析了旋转补偿器转动角度与臂长和主管热位移的关系。通过旋转补偿器的力学简化模型,分析了管道固定支架推力大小的影响因素和旋转补偿器臂长的选取原则,同时对使用旋转补偿器的管道支架设计问题给出了建议。

Abstract:
The common layout of the rotary compensator on the pipe gallery is introduced. The relationship between the rotation angle of the rotary compensator and the length of rotating arm as well as the thermal displacement of the main pipe is analyzed through the simplified motion model of the rotary compensator. Through the simplified mechanical model of the rotary compensator, the influencing factors of the thrust force of the pipe-fixing bracket and the selection principle of the arm length of the rotary compensator, as well as the design problem of the pipe bracket using rotary compensator are analyzed.
