Abstract: The reboiler is a heat exchanger installed at the bottom ot the distillaton column for vaporizing the products at the column bottom.The connecting pipeline between the reboiler and the column should be as short as possible. Due to the difference in material and temperature between the column and the reboiler,a great amount of thermal stress will occur along the vertical direction and the axial direction of the pipeline.Taking aromatic unit as an example,stress analysis on the reboiler,the heptane removal column and the related pipelines is carried out via CAESAR Ⅱ software. Suggestions on how to model the horizontal reboiler accurately and how to design the spring bracket are put forward.

再沸器是安装在精馏塔底部用来汽化塔底产物的换热器,与塔的连接管线应尽量短。由于塔和再沸器的材质、温度不同,会在竖直方向和管线轴向产生较大的热应力。以芳烃装置为例,运用 CAESAR Ⅱ软件对再沸器脱庚烷塔以及相关管线进行了应力分析。针对如何对卧式再沸器进行精确建模、如何设计弹簧支架等问题,提出了建议。
