Abstract: This paper addresses the problem that due to excessive protrusion length of the upper heat exchange tube in the low-pressure decomposition column,and the small width of the bore,conventional argon arc welding can't be adopted to the fillet welds between heat exchange tube and tube plate once the tube entirely penetrates into the tube plate. Such a problem of fillet welding is effectively solved by cross-welding the heat exchange tube,lengthening the tungsten electrode of the welding gun and using the gas cover on the end of the upper tube plate, and the welding quality of fillet welds between the heat exchange tube and the tube plate is also guaranteed.

针对低压分解塔的上管板换热管伸出长度过长、孔桥宽度小,将换热管全部穿入管板后,换热管与管板间的角焊缝采用常规的氩弧焊无法进行焊接的问题,通过采取换热管错排焊接、加长焊枪钨极长度和上管板端部采用气体保护罩相结合的措施,有效地解决了换热管与管板角焊缝的焊接问题,同时也保证了换热管与管板角焊缝的焊接质量。
