针对 Shell 煤气化工艺中破渣机在运行过程中存在的问题进行分析总结，并通过技改解决相应问题，提高了装置的长周期稳定运行率。

Abstract: Given the problems existing in the operation process of Shell coal  gasification slag breaker, after analysis and summary, the corresponding problems are solved through technical transformation to improve the long cycle and stable operation rate of the plant.
