氮气作为甲醇合成的情性组分,需放空调整。针对降低 Shel l煤气化工艺合成气中氮气含量的方法及措施进行了分析研究,降低合成气中氮气含量,不仅节能降耗、提高甲醇装置产量,而且还降低了变换冷凝液中氨氮含量,对气化炉生产系统的稳定、装置的长周期运行起到积极作用。

Abstract:
As an inert component in methanol synthesis, nitrogen should be vented for adjustment. Analysis is made on the means and measures for reduction of nitrogen content in the Shell coal gasification syngas. By reducing the nitrogen content in the syngas, we can not only save energy, reduce consumption, increase output of methanol, but also reduce the ammonia-nitrogen content in the CO shift condensate, which is conducive to the stable, long cycle operation of the gasifier production system.
