摘要: 国产高压甲铵泵机封采用单端面集装式机械密封，密封冲洗水系统为 API682 PLAN32。在甲铵泵单试过程中，主泵的驱动侧机械密封发生较大泄漏，通过对其泄漏故障原因进行分析，制定机械密封改造方案，成功解决了国产高压甲铵泵机封泄漏故障。

Abstract:

The domestic high pressure ammonium methyl pump adopts single end face packing type mechanical seal, and the sealing flushing water system is APl 682  PLAN32.  In the solo run of  ammonium methyl  pump, the mechanical seal of the driving side of the main pump had a big leakage. Through analyzing the causes of the leakage, the mechanical seal remodeling plan was formulated, sucessfully solving the sealing leakage of the domestic high pressure ammonium methyl pump.
