针对化工园区对绿色生态、安全生产、高效管控的建设需求，提出了一种“1+3”的智慧化工园区设计方案。该方案由一个工业互联网云平台和三个业务管理平台组成，综合分析企业系统终端数据、物联网感知设备数据、多媒体视频数据和 GIS 地理位置数据等信息，从安全生产、环保节约、能源管理、应急联动和运营管理服务等方面介绍了智慧化工园区信息化、智能化建设方法。

Abstract:
Based on the construction requirements of the chemical industrial park for green ecology, safe production and efficient management andcontrol, a “1+3" smart chemical industrial park design scheme is proposed. The scheme is composed of an industrial Internet cloud platform and three business management platforms, which can make comprehensive analysis of such information as enterprise system terminal data, internet of Things Sensor data, multimedia video data and GIS geographic information. This paper introduces the construction methods of an information based and intelligent chemical industrial park from the perspectives of production safety, environmental protection, energy saving management,emergency linkage and operational management services, etc.
