摘要: 介绍了国际建筑业工程总承包市场格局及现代项目管理发展趋势。对于任何一个大国来说,不可单独凭借来自他国的工程总承包商来支持国家的经济建设与发展,全面了解和研究国际著名工程总承包商和总承包项目管理趋势则是非常必要的。国际工程总承包项目“以人为本”和“项目全生命周期”的发展理念,以及单一责任主体、固定总造价承包、设计主导、设计与采购施工试运行深度融合的模式,应是现代项目管理发展的趋势。

Abstract:

This paper introduces the EPC  contracting market landscape of international construction industry and the development trend ot modern project management.For any major country,it is impossible to sustain its economic instruction and development by relying on the foreign EPC contractors alone,therefore,it is quite necessary to comprehensively understand and study the international famous EPC contractors and the management trend of EPC projects, The development concept of "people-oriented" and " project life cycle" of international EPC projects, as well as the mode of single responsibility subject, lump-sum contracting, engineering domimance, deep integration of engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning, should be the development trends of modern project management.
