介绍了粉煤加氢快速热解技术的研发历程、技术概况、工艺原理、技术难点、工艺流程及特点。中试实验结果表明:热解焦油产率最高达 23.1%,为原料煤格金焦油产率的 187%;产品焦油的含尘率为 0.08%,密度为1127kg/m3 ;热解半焦的固定碳含量为 81.3%,半焦比表面积为8.19m2/g,平均孔径为4.95nm;合成气中 H2和CO的体积分数分别为 43.64%和 31.99%,合成气热值达到 12.16MJ/m3以上。计算表明,该中试装置 81h连续稳定运行期间的物料平衡偏差为1.79%,系统能效为 94.6%。

Abstract:
This paper introduces the research and development process,technology overview,process principle,technical difficulties,process flow and characteristics of pulverized coal hydrogenation and rapid pyrolysis techmology.The pilot test results show that the maximum yield of pyrolysis tar is up to 23. 1%, which is 187% of the raw coal Gray-King tar yield; the dust content of product tar is 0. 08% with density of 1127kg/m3;the fixed carbon content of pyrolyis semicoke is 81.3%,the specific surface area of semi-coke is 8.19 m2/g with the average porediameter of 4. 95nm;the volume fractions of H2 and CO in syngas are respectively 43.64% and 31.99%,respectively,and the calorific value of syngas is more than 12. 16MJ/m3. The calculation shows that the material balance deviation of the pilot plant is 1.79% and the energy efficiency of the system is 94.6% during 81 hours, continuous and stable operation.
