介绍了南水北调地表水东线工程的水质和处理工艺，重点对高密度沉淀池与V型滤池的技术和设计进行了说明，分析了技术的先进性，结合实际工程经验，对高密度沉淀池与V型滤池在南水北调地表水处理上的工业应用情况进行了总结，并提出了相适应的工艺路线和设计参数。

Abstract:

This paper introduces the water quality and treatment process of the surface water on the east line of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project. It focuses on the description of the technology and design of the high density sedimentation tank and the V-type filter,and analyzes the advantages of the technology. Based on actual engineering experience,it summarizes the industrial application of the high-density sedimentation tank and the V-type filter in the surface water treatment of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project and puts forward a corresponding process route and design parameters.
