针对河南晋开投资控股集团公司 60万t/a合成氨装置变换工段运行以来，存在系统阻力大、系统出口CO含量高等问题，采用等温变换工艺进行改造，结果表明，有效地降低了变换系统阻力和出口CO含量。介绍了改造前后的工艺流程，总结了改造前后的运行情况，

Abstract:

Since the shift section of a 600,000 t/a ammonia plant of Henan jinkai Investment Holding Group Co.,Ltd. , went into operation,there has been some problems such as large system resistance and high CO content at the system outlet.the isothermal shift process is adopted for transformation, The results show that the resistance of the shift system and CO content at the outlet are effectively reduced. The process flow before and after the transformation is introduced,and the operation status before and after the transformation is also summarized.
