摘要: 分析了尿素装置的核心设备——降膜式换热器的工艺原理和结构特点，探讨了分布管的两种形式及其设计和制造的重点、难点、解决方法；结合工程实际，针对降膜式设备在制造安装及运行过程中容易出现的问题，提出了相应的解决措施。

Abstract: The paper looks into the process principle and structural characteristics of falling-film heat exchanger, which is the core equipment of urea plant. It also elaborates the two forms of distribution tubes and their respective key points, difficulties and solutions in designing and manufacturing. Based on actual engineering practice, corresponding countermeasures are proposed for problems likely to occur in the manufacture, installation and operation of falling-film equipment.
