Abstract: The paper introduces the working principle of fluidized bed granulation technology and its application advantages in urea production. On top of that, it also illustrates its specific application methods, and discusses how to build a work system , manage process, control parameters and track production, etc. It envisages the application trend of fluidized bed granulation technology in urea production, including intelligence and standardization. It aims to systematically present the characteristics of the technology and to provide a reference for urea production.
