针对三聚甲醛商品化以后,在运输和使用过程中普遍存在溶解不完全的问题,结合三聚甲醛自身的物理性质,利用冷凝结片机,开发了三聚甲醛片状结晶体,并对三聚甲醛片状结晶体生产过程中影响产品产量和质量的因素进行了研究。先后考察了冷凝结片机转鼓的冷却水温度、转速、刮刀等对三聚甲醛片状结晶体的影响,三聚甲醛溶液的pH值对三聚甲醛片状结晶体溶解性的影响,同时还考察了转鼓、料槽液位等因素对三聚甲醛片状结晶体生产的影响。结果表明:当冷却水温度为10节、转鼓转速为12Hz、三聚甲醛pH值为6~6.5时,得到的三聚甲醛片状结晶体产量、质量最优、溶解性较好,满足三聚甲醛行业及下游各种客户的使用要求,开发了冷凝结片机在加工三聚甲醛片状结晶体中的新用途。

Abstract:
In view of incomplete dissolution of commercial tri-formaldehyde in transportation and actual use , tri-formaldehyde flaky crystals are developed via cold coagulator giving consideration on the physical properties of tri-formaldehyde itself. studies are conducted on factors affecting the output and quality of tri-formaldehyde flaky crystals in the production process. Influences of such factors as cooling water temperature , rota- ting speed and scraper of the cold coagulator rotating drum on tri-formaldehyde flaky crystals are eXplored , so are the influences of pH values of tri-formaldehyde solution on the solubility of tri-formaldehyde flaky crystals , and the influences of drum , tank level and other factors on the cor- responding production. The results show that the best output& quality of tri-formaldehyde flaky crystals and fairly good solubility when the cooling water temperature is10℃ , the drum speed is12Hz , and the pH value of tri-formaldehyde is6~6. 5. This result meets the requirements of the tri-formaldehyde industry as well as those of various customers in the downstream and brings about a new use of cold coagulator in pro- cessing tri-formaldehyde flaky crystals.
