摘要: 针对合成氨生产蒸汽余热利用不足的问题,开展了蒸汽余热梯级利用、发电、余热制冷、供暖等技术研究。通过对合成氨生产余热资源的调查分析,提出了发电-供热-余热制冷制冷三级综合利用方案,并对关键设备选型、参数设计、运行优化等进行了探讨。以某60t/a合成氨装置为例,设计并实施了余热利用项目,年利用余热45t,取得了显著的节能减排效益,本研究为合成氨装置的节能改造提供了参考。

Abstract:

Targeting at the insufficient utilization of steam waste heat in ammonia production, the paper introduces such technical researches as the gradient utilization of steam waste heat, power generation from waste heat, waste heat cooling and heating. Through the investigation and analysis of waste heat resources in ammonia production, it proposes a three-grade comprehensive utilization program of “power generation—  heating—waste heat cooling”, and probes into key equipment selection, parameter design, operation optimization. Taking a 600,000t/a ammonia plant as an example, when equipped with a waste heat utilization plant, it utilizes 450,000t of waste heat annually. It demonstrates significant energy saving and emission reduction benefits, and provides a reference for energy-saving transformations of ammonia plants.
