探讨了人工智能技术在甲醇精馏过程控制优化中的应用,重点研究了基于神经网络的软传感器模型、遗传算法优化操作参数、模糊控制策略以及专家系统辅助故障诊断。通过工程案例分析,证实了人工智能方法能显著提高甲醇精馏控制的精度和效率,为推动行业智能制造提供了新思路。

Abstract: The paper touches the application of artificial intelligence technology in optimizing the process control of methanol distillation, focusing on the soft sensor model based on neural network, operating parameters optimization by genetic algorithm, fuzzy control strategy, and expert system assisting fault diagnosis. Through engineering case studies, it confirms that the artificial intelligence method can significantly improve the control precision and efficiency of methanol distillation. It provides a new concept to better the intelligent manufacturing of the industry.
