摘要:
针对当前化工工艺安全设计中存在的工艺参数控制与监测不足、安全联锁与紧急切断措施欠缺、设备布局与隔离不合理等问题,提出了优化工艺控制和监测系统、完善安全联锁功能、改进装置布局和隔离设计等对策。通过案例分析,阐述了某环氧乙烷装置安全设计优化的实施方案和成效,为同类装置改造提供了参考。

Abstract: This paper proposes countermeasures to solve such problems existing in current chemical process safety design as insufficient control and monitoring of process parameters, lack of safety interlocking and emergency cut-off measures, unreasonable layout and isolation of equipment. Through case study, it describes the implementation plan and effects of safety design optimization in an ethylene oxide plant, providing a reference for the transformation of similar plants.
